Best way to contain grinding/ cutting sparks

Just like the title says. I do a lot of gringing and shaping at the bench/ vise. Besides a welding blanket, what are my options??? Plexiglass??
I need something three sided and perhaps the two sides on hinges. This way when not in use, I can fold the sides up for more work room.

Yea, me too. Today I was using a cutoff wheel and sparks were hitting a cars window. The sparks ended up burning craters in the window! Sparks suck.

I try to grind/adjust the guard so that the sparks go towards a conrete wall or if thats not available away from any vehicle...worked out pretty well so far.

yeah, that works when the sparks are smaller. I am shooting sparks 15"+. I have a garage full of "stuff" so it needs to be contained, somewhat

5 gallon bucket placed on its side to catch the sparks..... it will do an effective job at getting most of the sparks

If it is really a problem, why not just weld or rivet up some sheet metal to maybe guide the sparks into a bucket or something? My .02

Yes, that is what I am talking about. I was thinking more about my idea of mounting something to the wall...ummm....no. Too much clutter. I like the idea of putting up the barrier when I need it.

Didn't see them at Northern. I will try the welding supply store Tuesday.
