Made a dumb mistake and need advice
So today I replaced the battery in my '87 4runner. It was -15° so I was rushing, and I put the battery in the wrong way around and hooked the positive to the negative post and the negative to the positive post. It was such a rookie mistake and I can't believe I did it, but here I am. So I switch the battery around and hook it up correctly, and now there are no lights on the dash, it won't crank, there is no power to anything. I checked all the fuses in the engine bay, and under the dash on the driver's side. There was only one blown fuse, a 7.5 under the dash. I'm not even sure what that particular fuse does, but I replaced it and nothing changed, still no lights on the dash and no crank. Somebody please tell me I haven't fried the ECU or anything. What should I do next?

There is a fusable link near the fuse box, inspect and confirm with a multimeter it isn't blown, these tend to go sometimes before it even hits the fusebox. Link below outlines how to replace it and should give you a good idea which wire it is.
