No Turn signal on a 86 4runner

Hey I'm new to the forum. So I have a 86 4runner that has no turn signal lights. The hazards work and the headlights work. Also the wiper do not work when activated. I tried getting a new flasher relay and it did not fix the problem. Cleaned the combination connections, but that didn't solve it. I'm kind of stumped on what to look for next. Any tips and advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

Stop replacing parts (see signature).

Got a multi-meter?

A problem well-stated is almost solved.
Please make a simple but clear, list of what works and what does not work. Not wordy; This is not Readers' Digest.
This will help us narrow dow where to look.

WHAT DO NOT WORK:
Turn signals (remember turn signals only work when IGN is on)
Wiper (remember wipe only work when IGN is on)

WHAT WORK:
hazards (remember these work even with IGN off)

DO THESE WORK?
Got 12V at Green wire with blue stripe at turn signal connector?
Back-up lights?
Alternator (batt voltage ranges from 13.5 to 15.1 when engine is running)?
Seatbelt warning when IGN is on and you unbuckle drivers seatbelt?
Light reminder works?
Engine runs?

I just had a similar experience after using my Hazard Flashers. About 3 weeks later the turn sigs started working again after I did . . . nothing.

Hey thanks for all the help everybody. Think I found the problem. Got a short with the wire on the hazard horn fuse end. So hopefully that's the problem
