Do you have power and ground at the fuel pump connector? You can get to it under the passenger rear seat. A test light is cheap and a great tool to have.

Breathe, soldier446, breathe!

Okay, your lack of punctuation and idiosyncratic spelling makes it sound like you're just blurting out something (something that makes little sense). Take your time, use punctuation and full sentences, and try to spell what you mean. If the answers you get are just guesses, what good does that do you?

If you suspect a problem with the VAF-COR circuit, jumper FP to B+ in the diagnostic connector. With key-on, you should be able to hear the pump. If you can then start it, you've narrowed down the problem significantly (and this doesn't involve pulling any seats). Then, pull the jumper, with key-on use your finger to push the flap in the VAF. Can you hear the COR close? If not, the switch in the VAF is bad, or the COR is bad (or some wiring is bad). If you can hear the relay, put your multimeter on FP to ground, and check for voltage when you push the flap. You should go from 0 to 12v when the COR closes.
