Fuel injector ohms

who can tell me what the Ohm would be for 1995 toyota pickup fuel injectors ? Mine read 13 ohms, if that is low what would be the resin for that ? Just getting old and worn out ?

The spec is 13.4-14.2 ohms for both the 4 & 6 cylinder engines. I would say that yes, yours are just getting old. I would have them flow tested and matched. Or just replaced all together. But 13 isn't that far off they're probably just dirty.

I got my 3rd gen injectors with adapters on eBay from a seller named injectordyne (not an endorsement, just who I happened to buy from). That was about a year ago and I haven't had any issues. Had a noticeable increase in throttle response after installation, I'm still very happy with that purchase.

I checked the ohms again last night on my fuel injectors and they read at 16 ohms on some of the Utube sites some are saying any where between 14 - 17 should be good I still can't find anything on line, I don't understand why with the tech, you just can ask the qwestion and get the ans or a table that lists the in of, My Haynes manuel doesn't even say anything. Or what voltage they fire at are there any wed sites that are free that can help ?

Your just reading the coil that has nothing to do with weather they are dirty

Just that the coil is not open .

Thanks Terrys87 and wyoming9 , I went back to the Haynes and looked where you said and there it was , I must of just looked at it to fast and missed it, so if the coil is open I will not get the reading of 13.4 - 14.2 ohms , I'm going to flush the injectors will that help ? I'm just trying to see if they are good and just buy some rebuild kits, I'm on limited funds.

To test them, I take a syringe, battery, hose, and some leads https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...jector-295953/ this is a test that will tell you if the injectors are working. Use a 9 volt battery.
