No More Speed Hut Gauge

Well I talked to AAron at Speed Hut they were going to add my rpm mph in rickshaw format, but we had a prob. My main concern on the gauges is that there would not be any flaws like on the fuel gauge. Like everyone saw in the other post that mine had 3 hole i guess for gas light, check engine, and 4wd. They said they would take out the 3rd hole but couldn't change the hole into a sqaure on the full tank mark and thats where my check engine lights are and the middle squre half tank mark was my cruise led. well had to ask for a refund with stocking fees paid. Then he said it would take a few weeks but then my concern would of been if it would match up now. So I just asked for a refund. Just was to sadd. Really loved the way the gauges looked. Well I am not saying they where bad gauges the guys at speed hut are kool they always get back and are very professional. You all are lucky out there who got it made perfect. Matt hope your is ok this time around.

Flips,
Well not exactly. I too have the extra hole on the fuel gauge and the square cruise cutout does not exactly line up with the cruise light. I brought this to their attention when I called to ship the other defective unit back and I was hoping that they would correct this before re-shipping. They didn't. I went ahead and put them in but I'm not overwhelmed by them. For all of the time that it took them, they could have done a whole lot better including cutouts exactly like the icons instead of square and round holes.

Not to mention I screwed up my speedometer needle during the install, which by the way I haven't been able to get fixed yet. I'm just hoping that my estimate of 20 mph low is correct, otherwise I may get a ticket on the interstate.

Again thanks for the follow up Matt. hope your needles get back to normal one of these days.. By the way did you have the bezel upgrade? If so do you know if you place it on the factory bezel or does the factory bezel come off then replace it with the new carbon bezel? Sorry I feel like an idiot. thanks in advance

Flips,
I actually pulled mine out and painted it silver. It adds a really nice touch to the interior. I used some Rustoleum high temp silver spray paint and it turned out awesome. You should be able to see it in my pics. Later.

Yeah, it sucks about the cruise hole, but I never use cruise control so no biggie. But I'm pissed because my 4x4 gauge, right in the middle of the gauge cluster, has no indiglo gauge. The responded by saying that the gauge cluster they used for R&D didn't have that.
