85 RE won't start

I bought a 1985 motorhome with a 22RE,39K miles. It has sat for several years. After several other purchases I now have a long bed pickup. Unfortunately I cannot get it started. Trouble codes 4,7,8. I replaced the TPS and the AFM and THW tested O.K. I visually inspected the wiring and found no issues. Any advice where I go next. I considered having the ECU tested, but mostly what I have read, that's probably not the issue.

Our classics are simple.
Why not start with simple things first?
Got spark?
Got fuel pressure?
Do u sense any sign of combustion (like vroom...)?

I just installed fuel pressure gage piggybacked on CSI. Convenient way to monitor fuel pressure.
Posted here with parts description.

If it's been sitting for awhile could it possibly just be some bad gas?

Gas is clean. I had to change tanks so I rinsed It out. May have fuel pump issues. Does pump have voltage when key is "on" or starting?

I wonder how it started after the TPS install??

Your not trying to start it with the air intake off ??

Since you installed a new tank You did go with a new pump and filter Just because the tank was out??

Did not change filter ?? All the dirt from changing the tank broke loose and clogged the filter.

I cleaned the tank, installed new pump, new tps , did the test on AFM ( tested O'K'). Initially it started but after a short period of time It will not start. I just tested fuel pump for voltage. When ignition to start, pump did not read full battery voltage. Battery voltage about 12.5, fuel pump about 10 volts. Is this normal.,
