Talking Pull up to the scene with my ceiling missin'

Just did this the other day and wanted to see what you guys thought. We had this '95 runner sitting around. The frames slightly twisted so its off road only so we figured it would be fun to cut the roof off. He wants to make a canvas bikini top for it.

Just figured id give the 'yota community a look at our shenanigans. Also, besides the frame being screwed up, what would it take to be street legal? Just wondering because it would be sick. Its registered in AL but its in PA.

HAHAHA. I love the pic with the big creeper smile. I would imagine that you would be able to get it road legal in the right county with a soft top.

Where are you located in PA. I grew up there and plan on moving back soon!

I'm thinking you need a roll cage if you're gonna be driving that thing on or off road. But it is awesome.

At the risk of only raining on your parade, I would think that the "A" pillar wouldn't be strong enough to even hold the windshield up (without the stiffening of the roof).

But if you put in a roll cage, the risk of the windshield folding back isn't that great, and if it does you just kick it out. Road Warrior style.
