Worth pulling the parts?

Worth pulling the parts?
Hey All,
Puling parts from an old 86 4runner and wanted to know if some of them were worth the effort or not really.
Sun roof glass, tailgate, tailgate window, all those little relay cubes.
I am assuming fenders and hoods are fairly common to get so not worth pulling. Trying to keep what I buy financed by selling what I don't need. This is not an offer to sell. I'll do that in the classified section. But if seat hinges are everywhere, why waste the effort to pull the seat out to get them!
Have not found a single engine to part so no need to worry about that. Mostly interior parts and body panels seen.
Any advice would be appreciated.

This is your 4runner ??
This is at a Yard and your wondering if you can pull parts for profit??
Myself most people want the pieces long since gone or destroyed.
The bigger heavier parts shipping is a killer. Most likely a deal breaker.
Electrical parts are always good relays fuse blocks at least to me.
It comes down to what your time is worth.
