I complety blocked off my PCV system from my intake after cleaning my intake and it still is smoking on decel so oil must still be getting in it

Well of course it is...through the rings and or maybe the valve seats. It's called blow-by and it is an indication of worn piston rings.

Do a compression check and leak down test...Then you know for sure.

Hook your PCV back up and make it function correctly would be a start to fixing your truck. What steps did you go through to break this engine in? Sounds like the rings haven't seated to me.

got 145 psi on all cylinders on a leak down and 5 to 7 % loss on leak down test on each cylinder, i just blocked the PCV off to rule it out because a majority of the oil was under the pcv valve inlet into the upper intake, ther was lots of oil residue in the the tube.
