Swapping Low impedence injectors for High impedence

I am getting a set of High impedence injectors to swap into my 84 celica, same as the 85 22re and other years wiring harness's that uses a resistor solenoid..

So I plan on bypassing the resistor box

So you can run high impedance injectors in place of the low impedance, if you take the resistor block out? I have a good set of high impedance, and would like to run them. I was just unsure what I needed to do if I could run them.

Do those injectors give you the additional 2.5 ohms that the resistor box gives?

Will that work? According to Toyota, the ECU for high impedance (no resistor box) injectors has a longer pulse time to compensate for the slower speed of the injector. http://www.autoshop101.com/forms/h22.pdf Will the ECU adjust the pulse time for you? Or do you have to modify the ECU?
