my 95 4 runner started clicking when i turn the key over. It does it every time. If i slowly turn the key it will start up. I ve cleaned the battery terminals and that wasn't it. So, my next guess.. is my starter going out? Or is there a loose connection somewhere? It has been well taken care of and this is the first prob i have had with it. its got 165,000 on it now.
