Check the power wire from the positive battery terminal to the fuse box by the battery, if this wire is bad or broken you will loose power to everything.

Thing thing happens when a connection is loose. Check for corrosion, and proper grounding. Usually its from a loose connection.

ya ive checked that wire seems to be good. Have checked grounds and seem to be good one i was not sure about so just added another with no luck. the 80amp fuse the power wire goes to wont come out so its very hard to check without mutilating the box. so its making me think it has something to do with that. Any other suggestions?

i don`t know what would be resetting itself after you turn the key ?, but to get the 80 amp fuse out you push the locking tab over a little bit with a screw driver and then push the fuse and holder out the bottom of the fuse box, the fuse is bolted in place. Have you checked the battery cables to make sure there good ?, they can look new on the outside but be bad on the inside. What about the battery, are you sure its good and is fully charged ?.

The 80 amp fuse is bolted in. You have to remove the carrier that holds it in, THEN undo the bolt that holds it into the carrier. It comes out the bottom, like Myyota says
