My idle was all screwy a while ago too. My problem was the tps. I took the tb off to clean everything and didn't have it lined up exactly when I put it back on. Luckily I left the orange paint on it, so I just adjusted it back to where the paint lined up and the issue was solved. I'd check there.

That seemed pretty normal to me.. You don't want the throttle to close immediately after you let off the throttle otherwise you will have too much fuel and not enough air....
All 3 22res I have owned did pretty much that.

Sounds ok but I'd look at the dashpot sticking. Mine did that for a while also and the dashpot was at fault. The dashpot keeps the throttle from "slamming" shut when you get off the pedal when shifting so that may be the culprit.

to me it looks like the throttle isn't closing all the way when let go, hard to tewll though since the camera is moving too. If that's the case, I am not sure if this is normal on the re's. You could always add a return spring to it to close it faster if you don't like the way it responds. But before doing that clean the heck out of the linkage and then spray it with silicone lube and see if that helps.

Your tail pipe is on the wrong side.

Honestly, I didn't hear anything wrong, other than it has a high idle.
You open and release the throttle, the engine revs up then slows down, and hangs at about 1000 rpm's for a moment (when you get that "thwurp" sound), then drops to normal right?

Pull the throttle body off the intake and give it a good cleaning, chances are that will fix your problem.
