From: Cincinnati, Ohio - Amelia is the exact place. There is no one else on this site from where I am. Seems like everyone is from Cali or Washington. I guess I need to move.

Ok so I replaced the IAC and still had this issue, obviously a leak behind the throttle body because ith the idle air screw tight and throttle cable off, I still could calm the motor even with choking the motor by closing the throttle linkage with my hand and pressing it all the way back.

Noticed that half the throttle body gasket was missing. Could this be drawing in enough to keep the motor up when all attempts to kill the motor didnt work?

What led me to think this, is where the gasket was missing it looks like i had some blow by residue in that exact location...I am in the process of sealing right now, but am readjusting the tps in the mean time.

If part of the throttle body gasket if missing then that would cause the problem your having. You basicly have a major vacuum leak behind the throttle body. If you replace the throttle body gasket that will probably fix your problem.
