Rear window, and remote locks not working, after battery dissconnect

My car went to the body shop (rear ended) and it comes back, and the rear window wont go down with the key, or the remote. It will go down with the button. Also the remote locks don't work. I think it has to do with reprogramming the remote. But why wouldn't the window work?

I know I could search but I'm busy packing for school, and always lose track of time withe searching

Thanks in advance for any help

Question, are the door lock switches supposed to work when the car isn't on, IE no key in it press the button and the doors lock? Mine aren't, but put the car on, and they work fine. The power windows work too.

That rules out a fuse right?

check the rear wiper and the rear defrost, if both are non functional the rear window memory just needs re-set. Put it all the way down and all the way up, then recheck.

Can't help with the locks but yes I do think the remote module has to be reprogrammed or something.

Rear wiper and the rear defrost are not working, but the heated mirrors work. And the keyhole switch doesnt work so I cant do the reset with it. I tried with the button to no avail.

Just take it back and have it fixed right like it should have been the first time.

Check the latch/latch sensor on the liftgate. Spray some penetrant in it and let it drip for a bit. Also check the sensor that detects the window open/closure.

Went to the local yota dealer and they said to just unhook the battery and then hook it back up. So they are no help. Anyone have any ideas? I'm going out now to Do the battery, and check ALL the fuses. Also try to check the window switches.

Just remember fuses don't blow for no reason. I would keep an eye on it.
