be carefull with the injectors cause i broke one trying to clean it up ,well it only cost me 112 can dollars for a rebuild one and i broke a damn bolt inside my head cover right side so be carefull when taking those off!!

those are the sensors ,they seems clean to me ,so im putting them back in,i just left them in some CLR for the night.

the oil cooler was completly cloged!!! in the water passage,wit some kinda sand,anyway im glad i took it out,there was no water going there at all!!!

the injectors pretty clean already cause i always use high octane fuel and fuel cleaner every oil change,well i guess.

i heard alot of stuff about people saying i use carb cleaner to clean the cylinders but theres only one thing THAT REALLY WORKS;
EASYOFF OVEN CLEANER ,thats the bomb;

Good God, from the depth of those valve reliefs, you'd almost think this was a 12:1+ compression motor!

yea i know the cyinders looks good thats why im only doing some top end ish. SO heres the problems; hg was blown up left side from front of car,numb 6 valve(intake) was BROKEN??!!! unbeleivable i sended my heads to clean and change numb 6 intake valve and all the other crap i cant do.

I don't think I'd use oven cleaner. That's not going to leave any sort of a lubrication on the surface, so you really need to run assembly lube on the cylinders before throwing everything on and cranking it up again.

I was just thinking the same thing. You might want to change your oil now, as I'm certain some of it ran past the rings into the crankcase. Looks good, though! I applied STP oil treatment liberally to my pistons, rings, cylinder walls, crank/bearings, oil pump, etc.

What else are you planning? How many miles on your engine? Have you double checked the idler pulleys for wear? I had to replace both mine. I'd SERIOUSLY consider a new oil pump while you've got it apart.

Great pics; you just need to get better at focusing on the thing you're taking a picture of!

alright so ,im planing to do a Y pipe MOD ill call it the ;CHIEF PIPE MOD,anyway sorry about the pics focus i gotta crappy camera,as for the pulleys ive checked them and lube them with this ON THE LEFT ,and its rolling clean and perfect!!

i bought myself a micro ajusting torque wrench for putting things back correctly. cause that old one just aint that precise and it only goes to 60l-ft
