But dang it, this one is a gem. 1980 SR5 2wd with 22R, Weber, header, HD rear suspension and a custom 26 gallon fuel tank mounted under the bed. On my way back from Milton Florida

Nice score! I would be curious to see how they stuffed a 26 gallon tank under there.

I'll take some pics here in a second. It's built in the area of the other tank and then goes above the driveshaft to the center of the truck, and thanks fellas

The p/o mentioned there is a one ton suspension for the rear end. I don't know what that would look like but it has heavy coil over shocks and an anti sway bar?

I'll be putting a list together tomorrow as to parts for sale on this one. I need the gas pedal to use as a template to fabricate new ones, and the mirrors and tailgate. Pretty much everything else will be up for grabs. I will post in classifieds tomorrow

Nice find Tony, thats a clean little truck! It would sure be nice to be able to keep them all. I found this 81' custom cab 4x4 long bed on Craigslist that I wish I could buy, has a lot of potential!

ha, ha yeah I've been seeing a lot of good deals lately here locally, don't know why I torture myself, I never have the extra cash to buy anything lol. They were asking $2000 obo for that 81' Custom cab above....didn't think that was too bad, supposedly runs but needs a trans.

I was thinking along those lines but I really need to finish the 3 I've got now plus find time to work at my job. I put new fuel lines on it today and threw a battery at it and she fought but finally started
