well i finally made some progress. got the ammo cans mounted, mounted fuel pump, plumbed the fuel pump, put some rear lights on, and put on the axe/shovel mounts.
i decided to put the fuel cell breather filter inside an ammo can so it would stay clean and dry. heres some pics

Geeeeoooooooorgeous!!! I love the truck man! As I was reading I kept thinking "Dangit, he cut the bed off! Why?! WHY?!", but now I really like what you've done!!! I'd love to do something like this to my truck but my top is already removable, guess I gotta find a newer truck

well today i got the fuel cell and everything finished. it only took about 3 hours to solve a slight problem. what happened was the tank had the labels switched around for the return and pickup, i figured this out after checking the fuel pump to see if that was bad, and after checking every hose to make sure they werent plugged, that was a pain in the ass. so theres a lesson to anyone installing a fuel cell, you cant trust the labels!!
