well im finally back from idaho and i got to take the runner out yesterday. ended up breaking a birfield and blowing a bead. heres a pic

so next week im gonna get some 30 spline longs and i also ordered the trail gear trunion bearing eliminators. so nothing to exciting but i should be getting some stuff done on this thing in the next few weeks.

ive gotten a little bit done.
moved the steering box ahead about 3 inches

made some knuckle ball and steering stop gussets. redrilled the perches about 11/2" back, welded on some d rings and repainted the axle
