The 3rd gens are wider as far as i know. I can check when i get home from school, my stepdad has a 99 runner. But i am pretty sure they are wider because the 2nd gens had alot of poll overs.

(edit)Sorry, didnt see the extra pages.

oh, and i'd be interested in some wider angle shots of the whole truck as it sits before you get the skins on if you get a chance. thanks a ton and nice work!

The only suggestion I can think of would be to put an X behind the cab so that if you put it on it's side the tubes will be less likely to shift.

The pickup window would prolly be easier, but it would be pretty trick if you used the rnr tailgate window assembly to seal off the cab, and just use a pickup tailgate for the bed? I love being able to dump um.. smoke out the back window if i need to, one finger, woosh!

So do you think it would have been worth it having power rear window? or do you find a manual sliding rear window is far better?

umm well its hard to say to me i dont think it would be worth it it would have been a lot more work and i hate doing sheetmetal stuff. so i dont know if that helps any but thats my opinion. And plus using the whole back of a cab also really made it a lot easier than i think it would have been to piece everything back together
