Sick stock Toyota rollers! Do you have a set of 4 of thoses? I had a set and ended up giving them away. I'm kinda sad I did. I've got an idea for a run next summer.

Trailer looks killer as well. That thing is going to be stout! Getting hammered with some snow I see

I only have two and one of the wheels is bent a little, when I first mounted them up I thought about throwing them on the back of the 4Runner and tearing around town but common sense got the better of me.

I think you read my mind, I had the same thought while mounting the tires but figured all you would hear on the trail is the sound of axles, diffs and driveshafts draging around (not to mention everyone spoting, "Diff", "Diff"... ).

Thanks, It better be stout if I'm going to drag the thing through French Creek! I'm just joking, but ... it would be cool to get it up to the Creek, and if I get it to the Creek I might as well give it a shot! In all reality I need to finish it and see how it works first.

Yeah, we are getting some great snow! When are we going to go snow bashing?

I was able to spend some more time on the trailer this weekend. I started by adding the middle roof support for the tent, along with the rear tent supports.

Then some tabs for the side bars.

And the side bars.

Then it was time to attach the main side panels. I didn't bother taking any pictures during the process, but here is the end result.

Thanks!

I'm pretty excited too! It's going to be interesting to see how it turns out, it has definatly become more of a project than I thought but it's fun working on it.

I was in a hurry and didn't have time to take any good pictures, but I did snap a couple pictures while I was in the process of pulling it out of the shop. The tires and wheels really changed the whole attitude of the trailer!

Yes please! EDIT: Beat me to it! Looks so cool!

Just discovering this build, don't know how I missed it! Looks like a lot of fun, and you're fab skills are like King Midas; everything you touch turns to figurative gold! I've said it before, but you're truck is my favorite 4Runner ever, and this trailer looks like an awesome addition!

Here's a quick paint drawing of what the overall shape of the trailer should look like (the pictures were a little confusing with everything in the background).

I also think that I'm going to need to shorten the tongue a little, but I'm going to wait until the main structure is complete before I decide how much.
