I Need a Custom Hitch!!

I Need a Custom Hitch!!
Alright guys, I recently added a 2 inch body lift to my 2000 4runner, and really hate how the factory hangs down 2" and gets in the way. I've talked to some people who have had a custom hitch welded on so it would fit flush, but I would really like to be able to bolt it to the factory holes so I can easily remove it if neccesary. If it would be a lot easier, then I will be willing to weld the hitch on, but bolt on would be awesome.
Is anybody up to helping me out here, or does anyone know a shop that would be interested in doing this kind of work? I don't care if a OEM toyota hitch is modified, or if an aftermarket hitch is modified, and if needed I can supply the hitch if someone else can do the neccesary mods so that the hitch will fit flush with the 2" body lift. I will be happy to work out prices/money issues, just let me know. Any help here would really be appreciated!!

I would look into doing the flop to the hitch(theres a thread somewhere around here about it) before you think about custom work. It probably won't get rid of the gap completely but will definaly raise it.

Yeah I've looked into that thread, but as far as I know all the 1999-2002 hitches are solid one-piece designs, so you can't unbolt the hitch from the brackets and flip it.
I'm pretty positive the custom stuff will work, its just a matter of finding somebody that wants to do it.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm in NC so it might be kinda hard to work out!
I gotten in touch with a semi-local 4wheel shop that might be able to help, if you guys have any good ideas on how to modify the hitch let me know!

There's always this route:

I would LOVE to have that on my truck. It'll be a bit pricey to ship from this coast to your coast, but it's an AWESOME bumper.
