Alright, so I ended up lightly sanding down the paint to smooth it out. Then I applied two more thin coats of top coat. Its still not perfect, but a lot better than before. At this point it is completely ready to be assembled and installed, which will happen on Friday. I can't wait - It has been a long time coming. A few pics of it painted:

amazing job man, looks like a bumper manufactured in a warehouse by an established company, not built in a garage by a novice welder

Finally Done!

Well, got everything assembled and installed on the truck. Overall, it turned out pretty well, and I'm happy with it. A few aspects didn't turn out as well as I had hoped, but I learned from my mistakes. Next time (rear bumper) will be better yet.

The only thing left to do is add the offroad lights to the top, and add the D-rings. I am waiting for my lights to arrive. They are 8" Eagle Eye lights. Anyway, here's the pics:

Thanks for all the positive comments and support throughout the build, and thanks to all those that followed along. I'll post final pics with lights and d-rings at a later date.

Just a little update. I finally installed some 8" offroad lights and the D-rings. It really finishes off the bumper nicely.

Hey!
Forewarning, POR15 WILL FADE WITH UV EXPOSURE.
It will fade, and peel off with relative ease.
If you wanna see an example of it peeling i'll show u my rear bumper lol
