'93 4runner front bumper
I am working on a front bumper for my 4runner. It will have 2 4" PIAA fog lights as well as turn signals. Not sure what I will use for turn signals yet though. It will have 2 clevis brackets and a 2" receiver so that I can use a receiver mounted winch. It will be plasma cut out of 3/16" steel and I plan on powdercoating it the same black as my rims.

Looks good, you might want to put more thought into a cradle winch in to a single 2" reciever. If you plan to offroad. I understand them to be strong on straight pulls but not so strong if you have to side pulls.
Keep us informed.

camo31"10.5" -- We could probably work something out... I haven't got around to building it yet since I am now having to rebuild the rear diff in my runner. And I would deffinately like to get one built before sending you any parts or anything that might not fit right. How soon would you be looking to get it? Let me see what I can do as far as getting mine done shortly here.

Good deal dude, i guess just get yours built, gimmie a price list of what you'll want, and i'll figure out shipping (i'll need an Accurate weight of the bumper.
only problem is i want to put a winch inside mine.
so it would probably need to be extended out farther away from the truck a few inches.
i'm guessing you're building this for some serious strength right? because i want mine to be able to withstand a deer at moderate speeds without taking TOO much damage, some is acceptable of course though.
I'm guessing the large hoop is 2.5"? and the smaller hoops (over the lights and such) to be like 1 3/4"?
if you do not want to take the time to make the bumper "deeper" or stick out from the truck farther then that's okay i can find someone close to me to do it.
i could wait as long as this coming summer of 2011, or i could maybe get it as quick as January or February lol
The bumper i had in mind was Badland Bumpers Basher Tube. it's supposed to be one of the strongest around.
i'm still on the fence about trusting someone to build me a bumper, instead of buying one from a place like Badland.
i mean Badland has GREAT customer Service and i believe they have a warranty? buying one from some John Doe isn't going to come with a warranty, and if it aint right when i get it...then tough luck.
if you'd be willing to make a few changes to it to fit my needs, then we can talk AFTER you get yours done.
i want to see how the welds look and how good the finished product looks first

I have a Badlands bumper on my truck and I couldn't be happier. It is actually the second one due to a crash. My Tacoma had no body dammage at all but the bumper was bent enough to warrant a new one. The other car was destroyed. A true test of the strength of Badlands products. Their customer service was awesome also!
