Does anyone know if they make brackets for a 2in body lift so a arb will fit right, or has anyone fabed there own up?

 

afaik, assuming youre getting the tacoma one, there is no body lift modded brackets available. my prado one however has enough adjustment in the mounting holes to accomodate my 1.5" body lift as its got a different mounting system. youre probably looking at having to have your mounts modded to fit the 2" gap...

 

I'm not sure of the ARB mounts, but like said above the PRAdo can slightly accomadate..I think there are a few guys runnin 2in BL with their ARB. I have a 2inBL and I ordered the bumper relocation brackets to lift my stock bumper---not sure if these will work too, but it gives ya an Idea. Good luck

Final step is to fully weld the bracket back together and add gusseting to the back side of the extended tabs. The picture above was only a test fit and then the owner decided to keep the brackets stock.

 

on my truck the ARB bar wraps around the front sub frame, so the bottom of that C will need to be cut off, as well as the intrigal 1/4" plate "brackets" that hang down and catch the bottom of the frame rails will have to be cut off and extended (or not used)

 

The different bumpers for the different generation trucks have different bracket setups. So the modifications needed will vary with the design of the bumper and bracket. Other option is to leave the bumper where it is or to raise it less than the lift. Here is a 3rd gen pickup w/ 1" body lift and stock bumper mount:



So for a 2" lift, if the brackets allowed say 1"-1.5" of adjustment, raise the bumper that high and call it good.

 

got mine as high up as it will go already but I was wondering if I could get a ballpark on price

 

Probably would run 1-2 hours of shop time to modify the bumper brackets, so whatever the going rates are in your area, go from there.
