Well I got a heads up on this site from Twisty and must say I am impressed great site. So I thought I would add a couple of pics of my ute.

Its an Australian spec 98 Sr5.

Mods so far:

Lexus 1uz quad cam V8 with Autronic SM4 aftermarket management
R151f Gearbox
4.88 Diff gears
Front auto locker
Rear air locker
2" Suspension lift
2" Body lift
33x12.5x15 MTRs
15x8 Mickey Thompson Classic II rims
Dual batteries
Snorkel
Long range tank
+ some other stuff

Mods to come maybe

Rear coil conversion
Front solid axle coil conversion
Interior upgrade
Custom rear bar

I have also purchased some new rims and tyres just waiting for them to arrive, heres a pic of a trial fit of them. 17x9s with 315/70/17s

Ditched the Bling and went with some custom gear.

 

Then decided it was time to go to the next level so sassed it and added some beadlocked big offset rims.

Made a few more changes.

Went back to some Bling rims so I wouldnt have to trailer it everywhere, ditched the bodylift which meant that the radiator needed to be rear mounted. Still ironing out some bugs. Also made a new front bar with the help of a good mate.

Havent updated this for a while. Ditched the 35s and went some 36" Iroks, wheeled it for another couple of months and then started to get ready for the next build.

 

Found this cheap.



Spent some time cleaning it up.

 

Stripped the dually down







I then proceeded to remove all the unneeded bits and crossmembers also. It will be going auto this time round so I also removed the gearbox and transfer in preparation.

Have also removed the rear setup and will be going a 4 link in place of the leaf setup.
