They have an ebay store, but I bought directly from them on their website because I hate ebay. Bought 4 Pro Comp shocks for like $118 shipped. Haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. They don't reply to emails. If I would have known it was going to be like this I would have just bought them from Summit and paid the extra $20 so I could have them within 3 days. I don't know why people have such a hard time shipping items out. When I sell something it gets shipped out within 24 hours. I hate waiting for parts and I know when people buy from me, the sooner they get it the better. I've been shock-less in the front of my 4Runner for over 2 weeks now. Kinda hard to go off-road with no front shocks.

 

i bought a 2" leveling kit for my dodge about 8 months ago from them, no probs, they came within like a week or 2 if i remember, sry bought ur luck, i just bought marlins shifter seat and its goin on 3 weeks now

 

file a complaint via paypal

 

I don't use ebay or paypal if I have the choice. I paid with a credit card. I guess I can file a complaint, but that's always a process. I'd rather just have my shocks. I hate waiting extended periods of time with no contact from the seller. If there was a problem I think I should be notified after a week or two.

 

lol is Top Gun Customz a vendor here??? Is that why this was moved?? I can't seem to find them on here so I don't understand why someone would have moved this thread here.

Yeah, I figured since I can't leave any type of feedback there since I didn't buy from ebay they wouldn't care much. I was just informed they are NOT a vendor here so this thread doesn't do much good in the vendor section. Good thing it got moved here.....

send em a complaint thru their ebay store, notify them you didnt buy thru the store, but thru their website, give em ur order number, and tell em to give your money back, or something.
