Stop web vomiting and lets find a truck in Arizona.

SS, there's a 4th gen owner here on YT who lives in Mesa. I'm gonna try to steer him to you. And any other AZ 4th gen'ers in the Phoenix area. You're saying that you think we can still run the XREAS shocks (not air shocks, they're hydralic/gas somthign or other) with larger coils? Kinda makes sense if we can run 'em with the extra lift the coil spacers add.

ahh man, 4route yanked her F-U post, oh well, we saved it so its all good.

quick fyi for you all if you plan to pursue coil swaps from previous gens, etc. here is what we know, and why we are helping you all is beyond us, maybe its just cause your 3" of lift is a major mod to put next to your license plate mod and bolt on exhaust tip mod, SWEET!!!!!!!!!!

1) here you go: f-u.
2) your condescension toward people lifting only 3" is duly noted, i'm sure.
I have kept quiet for a while on this now, but I'll say my say now. If you want to come clean r0cky maybe you should consider posting the whole truth of your experiences with NE. I have been sensing there were a number of things you were hiding (for reasons yet to be known). Like you shocks leaking as an example. You are not assisting yourself or anybody by holding information back, and frankly I'm not into what is the personal situation between you and Anthony, but it seems you have not been completely forthcoming either. If you told people about your shocks it might have helped some other folks by now, are there any other secrets people need to be aware of?

Please do not consider this in any means hostile towards yourself, but you are not helping people by withholding information. By doing this you turn this into a he said she said circle argument that doesn't help anybody.

Let me leave you with a piece of advise, which you can discard if you wish. Don't threaten the ignorant, just do it.

If there are legalities/safety issues that NE has been hiding it will be better to disclose this and proof it and get it over with. If you do know information that can affect the safety of other people, it is better to disclose it and prove it rather than using innuendoes. This way you are helping other people rather than dragging out an ongoing seemingly personal battle now. How would you feel if I was witholding information that affects your or other's safety??

A number of other folks, including myself have thought about some stuff and expressed our concerns, we also did our best to state our argument to express our concerns. You claim to have intimate knowledge of such issues, but have not been completely forth coming. Please do so if it is something that can affect the saftey of other.

by relationship I wasn't referring to a personal one, but rather a business one gone sour and turning personal.

Maybe you are not mechanically inclined enough to know some stuff and fell for his lies time after time. But I assume you canshare certain, pictures maybe they have been already, or have I misread this
"You can defame me all you want, but I suggest you remember the info and pictures you sent me over time, and the chats we had, and please remember that I have proof to back up EVERYTHING I have EVER stated about you AND NE."

I assumed that you would know a shock should not be leaking any fluid, especially a Xlinked one like the XREAS system. Well we all live and learn. If you have furthe picures and statements by him in writing that would be useful for everybody I would think.

Also I would like the webpage were NE publicly stated they gaurentee their relocs and sytems 100% on XREAS, and would refund, blah, blah. It is obviously changed now. But I would like that to be linked for future use by anybody using their system and running into problems. If you make a claim you will be held to it. Unfortunately I didn't have the foresight to save it but would assume since you were the web developer that you still have those saved pages. If so I would like them to be hosted somewhere for public viewing and safe keeping. I dont like it when people run away from their obligations.

rocky, if you get a chance to post pics of the fluid that you are seeing on your shocks, it would be appreciated.

Wasn't referring to you.

I send you a PM back. You will live and learn.

There was a different one to that ealier on the main page of the website, without all the caveats, that I remember. Very bold face bragging. That is the one I'm refering too.

Unfortunately, I seriously doubt Tony Baloney will help this guy what so ever. He really did not test any of this and now it's failing.

There has been alot of stuff I built and I thought it sucked and tossed it in the junk pile. Everything I sell has been thoroughly tested and does indeed work.

Tony Baloney did not thoroughly test anything and now it's failing. I feel for the guy, but I really think he's on his own. Unless he sues the kid, but then again it's an LLC so good luck with that.

Be careful with what you buy. Look into what sort of testing the products were put up against. See if there are any actual trial pictures or just parking lot shots.

Unfortunately I think the guy is out some money.

On the other hand, I’m surprised you did not call me when you were here and have me run Crown King with you. I would have shown you first hand what Sonoran Steel testing is all about. You know all of those alternate lines, 100% without a spotter.

Call me next time. You don’t have to do anything you would not have done that trip, but I would have.

steve, if you came up with an alternative that was safe, well-priced and tested (ie toyota parts!), im sure many people would be very grateful and would jump on your bandwagon.

the problem here is that all of ne's lies dont add up to just hurt feelings, they add up to empty bank accounts on trying to fix what has broken. so not only do people feel taken advantage of, but they also feel like theyve LOST something tangible as well.

tracy, good luck. i hope you can resolve your shock issue. i cant believe that as the weeks go by, more and more problems arise, and yet he continues to attempt to do business.

i hate NE with a passion.

OK Steve,
RL Lemke is NOT on his own. He is a good man that just thought the best and got the worst. He's in a bind but he's got several 4th gen'ers going to bat to help him as much as possible.
Legally, I don't know but if he needs a lawyer, I'm sure there are many people here that can refer him to a good one if he wants to pursue that.

As for Crown King, I loved that trip. As stated earlier, I like taking trips by myself sometimes (Like Darren, it's a real recharging for me) besides that I don't know you at all so the thought to call you did not cross my mind once.

However, if I do some group wheeling in AZ then I will certainly post up and I would be more than happy to group wheel with anyone in AZ- it's beautiful and I love it there.

Back to NE...

Tracy,

I missed the reason why your shocks are leaking. What do you think caused that to occur? To high a lift or when the kit was being installed (removed/replaced)? I ask as I still plan on doing something so knowing pitfalls is useful.

Well Gilroy is like a stone throw away from where I live. Like 5-6 miles or so. Let me know when you are in this valley and we can see what we can do.

Based on the information in the last 25 pages I think we can all come to an agreement that NE has problems and is best to stay way from their products.

That said, the focus should transition into helping those that have been affected by this unfortunate incident. The good news is that there are other alternatives now than there was this time last year.

We should all help eachother in helping the new members as well as existing members make better and safer decisions and prevent problems in the future.

Well I fit that category....I want to lift my 2003 with xreas but I am thinking I should just wait. I would appreciate any help or info on new products that will be available. Maybe a new thread for updates on lift options???

Hunt I have not seen anybody with XREAS with issues with either Daystar or Revtek kits. So pick your poisen, I think I and other members have "field tested" these pretty well so far and no issues.
