Top notch. The best customer service ever, seriously. Jason was very understanding with all of questions, very patient, and quickly responded to my emails and phone calls. I think the longest it took for him to reply to one of my 20 emails was like a half hour. You really can't ask for much more than that. Top notch and i wouldn't hesitate to order from him again, or pass the word on about a great business.

 

Hi all I know I have never posted or started a thread in this community but if you would honor me the time to read this it would be appreciated. I have a keen eye for aftermarket parts and have looked far and wide, high and low, and anywere in between. But have only bought from Jason Burtman. I dont know if you are all familar with him but given the circumstances I feel obligated to post my gratitude to him and his company. I recently purchased his new lift kit that he carries, I have a 2003 4Runner with XREAS and it works fine with it. The spacers themselves are aircraft aluminum made by Cornfed and kick major $*# My truck now looks and rides great.

I agree 100%. I've gotten most of my stuff from Jason. Customer service is the best but beyond that I have no doubt that when I order something from him it will be the best out there. It means a lot to me to order something and know quality wise it's been checked out first. Jason has done the research first before he ever puts the item on his site. You can't get that from E-Bay!

 

I just wanted to plug Jason B. and Burtman Industries. To date I have purchased corner lenses, bumper lenses, amber bulbs and a Trueflow airfilter from them with nothing but high praises.

It's not often that one can speak directly with the owner of a supplier and get exactly what is needed with such ease. Jason has gone out of his way several times to make sure that what I needed was what he both ordered and shipped; amazing customer service and fast shipment

I will second that. It is not often you can call a company and talk directly to the owner. Jason Burtman is excellent to work with and has great prices.

Got my TJM T-15 from him recently, which came without the mounting hardware (not his fault) and he fixed the problem within an hour or 2 of hearing about it. Great customer service, will definately buy from him again in the near future

Just some more positive feedback as the title says
Got a TJM over X-mas, and it came w/out the wings and mounting hardware, he got that fixed very quickly
Just ordered a Vortex muffler from him, going to sound good
Will definitely buy some clear corners and some other stuff in the future

 

A quick good game to Jason Burtman, I recently ordered a TJM T17 for my 4Runner. Very helpful, he let me know when I was price shopping that the warehouse in TN only had 4 left, then it would be 2 months before they got another shipment. The other places I was looking at would say "in stock" in your shopping cart no matter what. Guess what if you ordered it?? tough luck you would have to wait while they backordered it. Very nice to know. Maybe it was just a good salesman tactic, but hey it worked. He called them immediately after I got off the phone with him and processed my order which got the bumper to me in 7 days not bad for coming up to North Dakota.

When I got the bumper the box was raggedy but the bumper was in good shape no defects, however once the truck driver left (this was my fault) I noticed that one of the rubber gap fillers for the wings was missing. I needed one bad and was worried I'd have to go to Ozzie land to order another, nope Jason said he had one in stock and shipped it out to me free of charge, sweet deal, wasn't his fault but he was eating the cost of the piece for me. So good fast customer service, and he can get you anything, and I mean anything you need for toyotas at discount prices even OEM parts like O2 sensors, rotors, Pistons..anything. Plus he'll answer his cell if you have questions just about anytime of day or night. One of the better vendors on YT. Thanks Jason.
