I think those extra shocks are for clearing the speedbumps at the mall. 450 is a big chunk of change for sure, that would buy you new shocks. Body lifts arent that bad to remove use the 2x4 trick it works very well. I'de just cut those shock hoops out looking at the rest of the work done i doubt the welds are any better then the rest of their work. Get a poly bushing body mount kit nothing bigger then 2" imo 4crawlers are some of the best especially when he will make them to whatever size you want!!!. Get rid of all that garbage crap they added and do it right. Id pay to have the torsion bars lowered back down as im not to familiar with the process, but there are lots of people here who can help you there. That will bring all your angles back closer to where they should be.
Step 1: Remove Joe Mullet mall cruiser shocks
Step 2: Remove 4" body lift/Install stock-2" body lift. (Use poly bushings there so worth it)
Step 3: turn torsion bars down, install proper shocks in STOCK locations
Step 4 : wheel that beautiful toy all day long

Hey photoguy, the guys up top are giving some sound advice, but they are not mentioning that you need to also address your bump stops when relaxing your tbars. From your photos, they look to be home made and far too long. If you relax your tbars and the lca's are touching, you will have "0" up travel and not even the worlds greatest shocks will do anything for you. As for an alignment, have a respectable shop do it for you. Pay the $50-$100 to have it done right and treat that yota's suspension to something done right to it for once! Just a suggestion, if you really want great advice on what to do to your rig, take excellent photo's from all angles, with the tires off, and let us know what EXACTLY you want done to it, ie.. tires you want to run, size lift, stuff you want to remove, stuff you want to put on, type of wheeling you want to do, so on and so forth....you get the gist....

Hey stepside trd guy
The bumpstops are part of the bracket lift. They can be left alone. Your bottom a-arm doesn't need to go any higher then that bumpstop. Its just an extended bumpstop to maintain proper travel for the bracket lift.

I think I am going to pull the body lift off altogether and just go with stock replacement hardware.
