suspension and body lift

Hey, can somebody tell me a cheaper(not total chaos) commercial lift for my 86 that does not use blocks for the rear lift??

Also, can I do a 2 or 3 inch body lift without having to modify anything? I have been I may have to cut the hole for my shifter out to make it bigger, and adjust my steering column and stuff like that

I have some lift vs. tire size options on the web page below along with information on body lift installations and modifications needed:

For the rear, longer shackles, add-a-leaves or lift springs are all viable options, depending on your needs:

I have 32X11.5 now, and they rub a bit both front and back. I mostly want to get rid of the rub, and raise the truck up a bit. I won't be running larger tires for a long time
