i have a set of these for my toyota project.the shackles were still in them so i knew which end was the back.i added a leaf in the pack and now im not sure which end was the rear.it appears to be equal but it was late and dark.how can i tell which was the back of the pack or are they equal and it doesnt matter?

With out looking at mine I think there is a millitary wrap on the back.
