Supra lsd
I've heard the MkIII (early 90s) supra lsd can be fitted into our rears to give us a cheap locker. This true? Any idea where to start looking and what they sell for? I did a search on car-part and it came up with nothing. How would this compare to the aussie locker on the price?

thanks for the quick response, and here's the article that talks about it.

I think I'll go aussie as soon as I get the money. Stupid car, stealing all my hard earn precious money.
edit: Also how would this compare both in performance and on road manners to retrofitting a toyota electric locker?
edit: Anyone find the aussie cheaper than $240?

$240 is about right for the aussie... its cheaper than a lot of its competitors... as far as road manners. it will not act like a selectable locker liek the elocker..... the elocker when not engaged is a regualr open diff.... the locker will always be a locker.... if you lock the elocker, then both will behave about the same

e lockers are cool, but htere is no way you will find an elocker and wiring for under $240 and you will also need to mdify your axle housing to accept the elocker 3rd member and this will also need a setup of gears un;ess you find one that already has the correct gears in it
