steering stabilizer info needed

hey guys, i recently ordered a skyjacker steering stabilizer for my 92 toyota pickup, however i have the 3.4 swap and the bolts that replace the originals in the idler arm, to mount the bracket, are to long and run into the engine, so theres essentially not enough room. what i am wondering if there is like a skyjacker or rancho, that fits directly into the oem mounts? thanks

I think OME might have something that mounts up like stock, or get a new one from Toyota. Was your old one really worn out? Or you might try cutting the bolts down as short as possible and see if they will fit, or even replace them with like a flat head allen screw.

I have the OME steering stabilizer and a 3.4 swapped in, no problems with clearance whatsoever.

I believe that Monroe's are a direct bolt on to OE mounts.

well, as far as the bolts, you can look at it and tell it wont work if you cut them down, but that was my first thought, there just wouldnt be enough room for the spacer/nuts/ washers etc.. i will go look at these ome and monroes though, thanks guys
