Source for ARB locker

I've only looked at a couple places so far, but inchworm seems to be the cheapest at $635 with marlin at $649. Does anybody know of anything cheaper?

Also, I wanted to verify with you guys that the RD23 will fit into the factory 4.88 rear third. I won't be regearing at this time so the stock gears will stay (yeah, I know...I'll eat the cost of regearing later).

Steve - I'm not convinced I ever got a real answer when I asked this question. I have heard repeatedly something about the 4.88 units being the bastard size out of all the Toy 3rds. I went the safe (and zero downtime) route of getting another 3rd and having the ARB and gears done in that one. I'll be getting them back soon and will install them in one evening.

For the ARB's, I got mine from Performance Off Road Center in Bogart, GA. I got them for less than Inchworm. I'll PM you the info.

Thanks Cebby, got your PM. I asked about the factory 4.88 on marlin's site, so hopefully I'll get an answer from the guru himself.

Look on PBB, there have been some screaming deals there. I will check my PM's there, but I think they beat the prices you mentioned shipped. Nationally, there seems to have been an uptick in price, but people usually get around that.

You may find it cheaper elsewhere but I can vouch for both Jim and Marlin as having the world's best customer service, especially Marlin. He'll talk your ear off and probably wind up leading you through the install step by step if you let him. I personally would pay a little extra in order to get it from one of these guys.

WooHoo! The CFO just gave me the OK to get a tru trac in the front and an ARB in the rear! I think I'm going to stick with 32's for now, so no regearing.

Shane, that thought has crossed my mind.
