snapped torsion bar
I have an 86 runner with a 3 inch body lift and 4 inch suspension, with IFS. Has 35's on it. I havent driven the truck in a while and i just took it for a spin on some back roads and snapped the driverside torsion bar at the front near the flange. Truck is an arizona truck and has no rust whatsoever so rust wasnt it. any reason why this would happen? wasnt going hard at all. Also i bought the truck lifted so i dont know what was done to the bars if anything. I think the lift is procomp
So in replacing this should i replace with stock or are there heavy duty ones for lifts? thanks for any help.

Stock works well unless you have added a lot of weight to the front end:
