ok so you want more lift out of the front i would put some rear lift springs up front, this is stock rears up front

soundsl like your after just the height not so much flex am i right?
if thats the case you could get some cheap rear lift springs and run them up front

the shackles i put on there acheived the lift i was lookin for, now its just the draveshaft and the 3rd member rotatin upward. did you look at the pics? and yeah i dont give a squat about flex, all i care about is the biggest tires i can fit and turn lol

yeah i saw the pictures.
here's what i made to put a damper on the axle wrap

if you look at the leafs when your braking they separate in the front. just bind them together somehow and it will give you a much more solid feeling

I went and looked and my leaves ain't seperatin, they are just flexin under the truck. it seems like the whole axle is twistin up under the truck. I put the driveshaft back together and it stayed while i was in 2wd but when i locked it in 4wd it damn near knocked a hole in my tranny pan lol.

there are special springs for it that you can add on... i forget what they're called, here check out this thread from when i was learning about this issue

A couple of options for front axle wrap. One is to rig up a traction bar, the stock '85 and earlier trucks had a torque rod from the factory that helped control axle wrap. But if you have crossover steering, you can't use that setup since the rod runs up through where the steering linkage goes. So a rear mounted traction bar would be required. Usually need two mounting points on the axle and a slip joint or shackle on the rear end to handle the shackle motion. Or it is pretty easy to make a set of anti-wrap leaves like I did:

Basically a half a spring leaf that sits on top of the pack with a clamp that runs down underneath the main leaf. It's purpose is to pull up on the spring pack to resist the downward twist the axle puts on the rest of the springs. I find it works quite well, at least at slower speeds.

Where could i get that half leaf at? should i contact 4crawler? I was thinkin bout buildin some ladder bars for my front and rear, but i dont know how effective that would be in the mud?

I was hopin to get to use ladder(traction bars), but with my v8 swap it seems near impossiable haha. BTW has anybody had problems with truck leaning to passanger side even though the whole suspension is equal?

One is that the front axle spring perches are at unequal heights from the factory. The passenger side is about 3/8" higher than the driver's side. Factory springs account for this with thicker/stiffer/flatter leaves on the passenger side. Easy fix is to put a spacer on the driver's side perch to level them out:

Also typically more static weight on the passenger side; for example the battery, front drive portion of the transfer case and the gas tank all sit on that side.
