Assuming you are talking about axle wrap or wheel hop, I added an anti-wrap leaf to the top of my rear spring pack up front. Basically a half leaf, arched more than the rest of the pack with a clamp underneath the rest of the springs that it can pull up against to resist the torque of the axle on the springs:

Mine does it too. I really notice it in reverse, if you slam on the brakes the front end shoots up. Never been bad enough to worry about though.

I assume all you guys with this issue removed your torque rods? I put the OME 2 1/2" lift kit on all around but I left my torque rod connected in the front.

If you keep the stock push-pull steering, you keep the torque rod. If you convert to crossover steering, you need to remove the torque rod to fit the steering components installed. But yes, w/o a torque rod, you can get more wheel hop, although the way the factory torque rod is set up, it won't totally control axle wrap since the axle end of that rod really needs to be triangulated with two mounts on the axle.
