lockers selectable?

lockers selectable?
Are the powertrax lockers selectable (as in, can i disengage the locker when i
want) or are they always locked. Are the ARB lockers the only changeable
lockers? And what are some affordale lockers (what would you suggest for a
1994 runner 4wd v6 manual). Thanks
