"Horse Collar" Clearance
I've searched and found a little information on this, but nothing too specific. I am putting the finishing touches on a dual case install with rear cv driveshaft. How much clearance (in inches) should I have between the CV and "the horse collar" that supports the gas tank, etc. Is 1/2" enough? I have a TG 4" rear classic lift, if that helps. I can also post a pic if necessary. I'm just not sure how much the CV normally moves under acceleration/flex. Thanks!
