Got My First Taco Today!!!!

hey all, just got the 94 running 4 days ago, ran it a couple days and poof! the electrical went out, in front of a cop! 171$ fine. its ok though, cause after that the cooling system started spittin and coughing up water, then i started running so dang rich that i could see through the smoke of my exhaust when i idled, well that did it, i went shopping today to get a dependable 8000 dollar car, i came home with a 98 tacoma special edition, loaded, every option you can get almost!! its in imaculate conditon and has 2.5" spring spacers in it with 32X11.5 wild country txr's!!! its my dream truck let me tell you, exactly what i wanted, only 60K miles, and runs perfect with no problems at all, has factory bed liner, moonroof, all the bells and whistles, best of all, the 3.4l engine, it kicks a$$. i love it! now i can tow the 94 to the trail after she runs good enough! cant wait!! but i had to pay a lil more then 8k, it was marked @ 21900, but i offered 14,5. they didnt take it counter offered at 8, picked it up for 18290, otd, tax licensing the hole shabam! im really happy wit it, but it will remain stock , as my parents wont let me modify. oh well though,

sorry bout the long post,

just had to say i finally got it and im hella excited!

now its time to start paying it off

laterz

The sticker on mine read 16 and 19 mpg.

I WAS on the higher end of that until I got my deckplate and ISR mod done. I'm kind of on the lower end now :pat:

Congratulations on the new truck, although if it's a street machine used to haul your trail rig I'm not sure why you posted in the off road section. I've always been a little confused about the categories myself since they don't have a "$1500 or less high mileage beat to crap truck" section just for me. Anyway, enjoy the new truck.
