Got Meats?

Today I mounted my new 33" TSL's Bias ply's, on my old 15x8's. I love the sound these things make it is better than my stereo. I didnt balance them because when I put them on the balancer they called for almost 2 lbs of weight so I decided to not even waste my time, escpecially when I have some DD tires. However, with the exception of a minor steering wheel shimmy they are really smooth, loud but smooth. I wont be breaking them in until the 14th at the Badlands and Ill let yall know how they do.
Thanks for the help 924runnerSR5, enjoy my old 32's

Enjoy meat.....

Looks good!
I agree w/ the balancing. You can balance an egg, but that doesn't mean it will roll smoothly.

You will be happy with real tires, especially at The Cliffs.

Looks sharp.

I had my old TSL-SX tires shaved round, that made a huge difference in ride. I did not know it at the time, but I should have sent the tires back and got rounder ones, they had 3/8" high spots and likewise needed several pounds of lead to balance. But off-road they rocked:

UPDATE...
Holy hell, I knew I would have issues with flat spots, but the thing only has to sit for an hour and the flat spots are evil. Granted its between 40-50 degrees around here. But the pressure is at 35lbs.
Its a small price to pay for awesomeness. Im going to put my AT's back on tomarrow, and Ill dig these out for the Badlands on the 14th.

Yep, bias ply tires flat spot like crazy, mine would even do so stopping for gas. Took a few miles to get the warmed up and round again. Worse in the winter.
