ez locker
I want to put an ez locker in the rear of my daily driver. My concern is that in the North we have snow on the ground for 4 months out of the year. I really would rather not spend the money for an ARB. Does any one have experience with an automatic locker on snow covered streets?

I don't get much snow in VA, but I ran a locker for a few years and I've had a full spool for the last two winters. It's no big deal. Just learn how it handles and drive accordingly.
I didn't have the locker or spool when I was at school in Montana (where there is at least 4 months of snow also) but it would have been no big deal if I had. If you aren't doing stupid stuff, and you use 4WD, you'll have no problems.

yeah i bobbed 13 1/2 inches, but i wish i hadn't cut so much off because i'm now stuck with stock lenth springs.
its a manual, i was worried it would want to get sideways around all the corners.
