E-Locker Computer Removal

I removed my rear E-locker axle and sold it to a guy that is putting it under a Jeep XJ. He wants the computer and switch and I do not know what to remove w/o making my Runner not work again. Can it be removed and still use the Truck? I think I can safely remove it but I don't know. I tied to search but got nothing. Can some one please explain to me what I need to remove? I know it is under the Drivers kick panel and that's about it.
The Runner is a 97 limited or what's left.

Thanks-

Jon

Here is what he needs:

Removing it will have no affect on your 4Runner. 4Runners without the locking diff don't even have this ECU.

did you drive around a little bit after engaging the locker? blinking means that it is trying to engage.

did you ground the side coming out of the switch? if youre sure you did, are you sure it has a good connection with the patch wire? what ground did you use? does it have access to bare metal with no paint blocking contact?
