air locker questions

Hey all. i have oil comming form around the solinoid at the compressor any one know what might be causing this?

it is only coming from one of the solinoids and it smells like 90wt

Compressor is oil-less, so likely not from there. Not uncommon for some oil to come out of the solenoid vents. Cause is oil leaking past the seal inside the locker. On my truck, the rear is dry but the front has a little oil on it. As long as the seal is not leaking air to the point the compressor cycles on and off a lot with the locker engaged, it is probably fine. You could contact ARB and ask them about it if you are concerned or need repair parts.

thanks 4 crawler yhe compressor dose not cycle with the locker on and i'll call arb on monday but i think i'm good

I had this SAME problem. The verdict: bad seal housing...replaced x3, now it doesn't leak.

i think i also heard that a clogged diff breather can be the culprit in some manner. maybe im mistaken
