3/8" x 100' Amsteel Synthetic rope inside a TJM on Warn Winches
Is there any problem using 3/8" x100ft sythetic rope on a warn winch inside of a TJM? I'd really like to have 80 feet since rockstomper recommends that but all i can find outside of rockstomper is 100 feet.
Anyone on here use 100ft rope with my setup? I don't want it to bunch up while winching and rub on the inside of the bumper.

The M8000 will only handle 80 ft of 3/8", try to add more and it starts binding. I have a HS9500 and currently running 5/16" x 125', but plan to change out to 3/8" x 100' simply because it spools up better. If you need the extra length you can alway have an extention line made up, that's what my old line will become......

I'm really happy to get rid of the steel rope and roller fairlead. It cleaned up the front end while lightening it up at the same time. Can't beat that.

They don't offer online ordering and I was in the Philippines when I made this thread. I ended up going with Viking 3/8"x100', an aluminum hawse fairlead and a new excel hook. The hook is super nice. All for $260 shipped from offroadoverstock.com

So did the 100' of 3/8 fit ok?
