Living out here on the Rez - that is all we do is wheel! It is 28 miles of dirt out to the road to get to Flagstaff - If you get out this way - look us up - we can show you some great parts of the Rez!

What are you running for a rad/fan? I was never able to get good cooling with an electric fan on my 327 FJ40. I run a 5 row rad, fan shroud, and stock 4 blade fan, no fan clutch. Flex fans ran HOTTER in my set-up. Any pix of your set-up?
Some have good luck with the Ford Taurus 2 speed fans (they kick butt on high, but draw 30+ amps)

late response on electric fan

Sorry about the long delay - computer crashed / back up and runnin with a Sony Vaio -

I took and got a fan shroud made custom - then took the protection plate off the bottom of the engine - it is runnin about 190 without the air turned on - 210 with the A/C on (in 95 degree weather at 7000')- I ended up not going with the electric fan because I just did not get enough positive feedback - most people were having the same problem - mine does still have the clutch but it seems to be cooling. I am hooking up the trailer for a run to Lake Powell this weekend so more on the heating next week.

Pictures of the rig are at http://www.geocities.com/jeffreylors/

Yep - Black - well - I should get it painted one of these days! I will keep that in mind - I have so many Arizona racing stripes - it is pathetic.

Cupping

Seems after I got the new (Black) wheels - my tires up front are cupping - the alignment is straight up - any ideas on why?
