buttoned up the Power steering lines today .. but found my return line just a few inches to short .. I'll have to replace that !!
originally , there was /is a bracket for the Main power wire for the starter , housed in a white plastic surround , just around the face of the oil pan ... I wanted to keep it , so I made up a new bracket for the wire casing to "clip" to .. as well as a support for the P/steering line

now located on the hood ..
holes cut

and nozzles installed

I also finished the underside , I made the holes for 3 washer hose clips ..
and thats it for now ... deliverd for some color

What are you running for washer nozzles? I highly recommend trying out a set of 06+ camry nozzles, with that weird design that causes the fluid to just come out in a big fan. I run a set on my Supra, they almost drop in, and they're awesome.

just went with the 84-88 style ..
will the Camry one fit in the same hole ?
some work on the truck today ..
tightening bolts , and re-checking everything .. and prepping for the cab to go on for the last time

got everything back together today . I checked some of the aftermarket stores today, for the dish style frost plug and had no luck , most wern't open today because it was a holiday , so I ended up taking the plug out of an old shaft I had from another truck that I parted out ... I "miked" it .. and was 34.25MM .. if anyone is ever interested..
anyway .. I install the plug , and cleaned and washed and prepped for the POR15 coating ...

Chassis is now complete .. (once I bolt on the front shaft) ... only thing left to do is the Gear oil ...
everything is done
and ready for the cab

It is a real pain when you have a schedule, and every thing else in go slow gear. Waiting for things to turn up and so on. I feel your frustration. I have just painted my doors and now I am waiting for the new chrome door handles to come, and the new door rubbers. and they are only 1500Klm away and it has been almost 2 weeks now. But what can you do?
