I just finished reading this entire thread from page one...

I cannot tell you how delighted I am for as late as it is here! (It's about 1:45 AM right now where I am.)

You are an inspiration Slacker.

Thank-you for detailing all of your hard work for us.

If you ever make it down to Oregon, the beer is on me!

so waiting for the uhpolstery guy to finish the carpet .. he was supose to be into day , to finish up ... but again , didnt show up .. ??? .. I dont get it !! he complains to me that he dosnt make any money doing uhpolstery , but yet I cant get anything done !

anyway .. while I was waiting for him to show up , I did some more sound deadining

and both done

I was "tapping" on the door skins before and after, what a huge differance ... before it was a tinney type " ting ting" and after .. it was a low tone "bomp bomp" , best I can discribe it .. I think it will make a very big differance , and i'm now really happy I did it

thanks .. and yeah .. I dare you to read the whole thing

console was a 1 off .. It wouldnt work in a regular unit , it is a little longer , because of the rear heater .. Trekkers only

I have been considering building one though , (for sale) .. just simply because of the responces I have recieved on this console ..
